A Quick Reminder

As men of skill, faith, and vigilance, our place is not to be part of the crowd. We are called to be in the world, not of it.

The World will pull us in many different directions. The Media cries that we’re not doing enough, society screams that we’re not mad enough. Then again, they constantly move the bar of what is considered “enough”. If you fail to follow the herd, then you’re left behind. The world falls into two categories: “Judge not, lest you be judged,” and “you’re not judging hard enough.” Pacifism or hatred.

The Bible makes it plain and clear: we are to hate sin, not sinners, but we are to not make peace with evil. Psalm 3:7 states that God has struck our enemies on the jaw, and has broken the teeth of the ungodly. That’s far from making peace with evil.

Your enemy is not a race, religion, social status, or political party.

…that includes the Jews, Muslims, billionaires, and Republicans/Democrats. We are called to strike the jaw of evil, no matter who is causing it.

Anything less is heresy.

Love your fellow people, but do not condone their sins. On the same page, take no sides other than that of your creator.

Remember, Christ was a Jew. Born in the Middle East. He came to set us free so that we could return the favor to our fellow men.

Be better.

Christ is king.
